Grand Tour Music are delighted to announce the release of two new albums – after almost two years in the writing and recording, “The Source” is the first album from Scotland’s Long Earth and you can get all the details here! Long Earth’s music is a mix of influences firmly rooted in classic prog rock, and features two former members of Abel Ganz; Ken Weir on drums and Gordon Mackie on bass. In addition we are NOW TAKING advance orders for the album which will be released on MONDAY 8th MAY 2017 – check the pre release offer in the Shop page, and of course you can listen to samples of the album on our Music page too.
We are also delighted to have the 2016 remix of the very first Abel Ganz album, “Gratuitous Flash” for release on the same day – and we are also now taking ADVANCE ORDERS at a special pre release price only!! There are samples of the album here on the Music page as well, and the album features one of the band’s most iconic tracks, “The Dead Zone”. Remixed during 2016, the album features the original audio augmented by additional sounds and keyboards. There is also a BONUS TRACK, with Alan Reed’s superb solo arrangement of “Kean on the Job” added for your listening pleasure!
ADVANCE ORDERS ARE NOW BEING TAKEN – see the Shop page for details!

Grand Tour are delighted to welcome Chris Radford on board as our new bass player. Chris has a huge wealth of playing experience over the years, and we are now ready to (finally) make a start on recording the new Grand Tour album! Work begins in November when Bruce Levick will be completing the drum tracks, then over to Joe Cairney and Mark Spalding to do their bits. We hope to have the album ready for release by Easter 2018.
